The debtor, Marlyee Eilene Mueller (“Marlyce”), appeals from the final order of the bankruptcy court 1 sustaining the trust ee’s objection to her claim of a homestead exemption in her lien against the marital residence which she once shared with- her former husband, Robert Mueller (“Robert”), and which he was awarded at the conclusion of their divorce proceedings. Marlyce’s appeal turns upon whether she retained a cognizable interest in the marital residence at the time she filed her petition in bankruptcy. We affirm the order of the bankruptcy court, but for…
