This is an appeal by two testamentary trustees from so much of a decree of the Surrogate’s Court of Kings county as denies them certain commissions as trustees and which settles their accounts in a proceeding for that purpose.

The decedent died, leaving a will whereby he created a trust in his residuary estate to pay the income therefrom quarterly to his wife during her life.
