Suit by Eliza J. Bucher against Newton Cameron, as treasurer of Huntington County. Prom a judgment for defendant, plaintiff appeals.

This suit was brought by appellant to enjoin the collection of certain taxes assessed against her, on *601the ground that the property on which said taxes were assessed was not subject to taxation. The complaint was held good on demurrer, and appellee then filed an affirmative answer, to which appellant filed a demurrer, on the ground that said answer did not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of defense. The demurrer was overruled and exceptions taken. Appellant declined to plead further, and the court rendered judgment in favor of appellee.
