BYE, Circuit Judge.
A jury found Rodrigo Rodriguez-Mendez guilty of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1) and 846; and pos session of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(l)(A)(i). The district court 1 sentenced Rodriguez-Mendez to imprisonment for life plus 60 months. 2 Rodriguez-Mendez appeals challenging the sufficiency of the evidence. We affirm the judgment and sentence.
