HANSEN, Circuit Judge.
James P. Shoffher appeals his conviction for conspiracy to distribute marijuana. Shoffher contends that the district court 1 erred at trial by admitting evidence of Shoff-ner’s prior state court conviction for dealing in marijuana and by denying his motions for judgment of acquittal. Finding no error, we affirm.
