A suit for injunctive relief was brought by General Railway Signal Company, a New York corporation, herein called “General,” against Union Simplex Train Control Co., Inc., a Delaware corporation, herein called “Union.” The bill of complaint prays for a writ of injunction restraining Union from further prosecuting a certain claim and petition against the trustee of the Chicago and North Western Railway Company or against the Railway; from prosecuting any claim or suit for infringement of patent No. 1,470,107 against any of the customers of General; and from bringing or…
