EVERETT, Chief Judge:

A general court-martial consisting of a military judge alone tried appellant on a charge that he had conspired to wrongfully possess and transfer cocaine, in violation of Article 81, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 881, and on a charge with nine specifications alleging miscellaneous drug offenses, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934. Pursuant to his pleas, Crocker was found guilty as charged and sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, 2 years’ confinement, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to pay grade E-l.…
