Before this court are the cross motions of Plaintiff, Glynda Hall, and Defendant, Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation d/b/a Baptist Memorial College of Health Sciences for summary judgment on Plaintiffs claim for religious discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e (“Title VII”).
