The issue presented by this appeal is whether the subpoena duces tecum served upon the respondent Thruway Food Market & Shopping Center, Inc., by the petitioner Attorney-General of the State of New York which requested, inter alia, the production of the respondent’s records over an approximately four-year period regarding the sale of room air-conditioners, was without sufficient factual basis and/or was overly broad.
