DOYLE, Judge.

Before us for consideration is the appeal of Louise Dickey Stolz from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Union *460County which affirmed a decision of the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Lewisburg (Board) denying Stolz’ variance request. We affirm.

Stolz is the owner of a lot containing 10,395 square feet in an area zoned Residential-Town (R-T). A four unit, low-rise apartment building is located on the southeast corner of the lot.
