This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals, Weborg v. Jenny, No. 2010AP258, unpublished slip op. (Wis. Ct. App. June 2, 2011), that affirmed three judgments entered on a jury verdict by the Door County Circuit Court, D. Todd Ehlers, Judge.
