¶ 1. This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals, State v. Jackson, No. 2011AP2698-CR, unpublished slip op. (Wis. Ct. App. Oct. 10, 2012), that affirmed the judgment and order of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court,1 which convicted Curtis L. Jackson ("Jackson") of second-degree reckless homicide by use of a dangerous weapon, and denied his motion for a new trial.
