ORDER RE OBJECTION TO EXEMPTION

PAUL J. KILBURG, Chief Judge.

This matter came before the court on March 5, 2003. Creditor Cedar Falls Community Credit Union (the “Credit Union”) was represented by Mark Mershon. Debtor Charlene D. White was present, represented by attorney Kevin Ahrenholz. After presentation of evidence and arguments of counsel, the Court took the matter under advisement.
