ORDER RE: OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF EXEMPT HOMESTEAD

This matter came before the undersigned on May 28, 2008 pursuant to assign ment. Debtors David and Barbara Meyer appeared with attorney Janet Hong. The objecting creditors, Cleber and Marlys Meyer (“Creditors”), were represented by attorney Thomas Fiegen. After the presentation of evidence and argument, the Court took the matter under advisement. This is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(B).
