Defendant administrator of the estate of Barbara Trecker, deceased, appeals, and plaintiffs cross appeal, from a ruling of the district court that impressed a judgment lien for plaintiffs upon an undivided ‘One-half interest in an improved forty acre tract of land located in Carroll County which Barbara and Dennis Trecker formerly occupied as their homestead.
