ARCHIBALD, Justice.

A grand jury convened in Penobscot County returned the following indictment:

“STATE OF MAINE VS. ROBERT A. TRUE

INDICTMENT FOR VIOLATION OF 17 M.R.S.A. SECTION 3001 (PERJURY)

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES:

That ROBERT A. TRUE on or about the 21st day of March, 1973, in the Town of Newport, County of Penobscot and State of Maine, did appear as a witness in a proceeding for violation of 29 M.R.S.A. 2184, to wit, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, in which the State of Maine and ROBERT A.
