*63This appeal is from an order denying the application of the bondholders under “the Pacific Extension” mortgage, who were allowed to appear as defendants in the action for the purpose of protecting the interests of all the bondholders under that mortgage, for an allowance for attorney’s fees and other disbursements made by them in connection with the action.
