THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 6, filed May 8, 2006), to which Plaintiff responded in opposition (Doc. 11-1, filed June 5, 2006). Plaintiff Jasmine Taylor (“Plaintiff’) brings this action against Defendants EPOC Clinic, Inc. (“EPOC” or “the Clinic”) and James S.
