McGRANERY, District Judge.
This matter arises on a petition for a writ, of habeas corpus, and involves the power and scope of judicial review of a draft board classification.
Petitioner, now twenty-three years old, has desired to become a medical doctor since he was twelve years old. In his youth, as a high school student, he was known by the sobriquet “Dr. Kildaire.” He matriculated at Villanova College, receiving the degree of Bachelor of Science in Biology in June, 1950.
