NEBEKER, Associate Judge:

This appeal presents as its primary issue whether in a contempt proceeding the trial judge should have recused himself under a motion filed pursuant to Super.Ct. Civ.R. 63 — I. 1 There are also other assignments of error, but because of our disposition of this initial question, we do not find it necessary to address those issues.
