HAND, Senior District Judge.

This matter is before the court on Motions to Strike and Motions for Summary Judgment filed by Defendants. For the reasons that follow, and as summarized in the Conclusion of this Order, these motions are GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.

Plaintiff David M. Frantz became permanently and totally disabled as a result of a boating incident on April 7, 1991. Plaintiff’s boat was manufactured by Marine Group, Inc. (acquired by defendant Brunswick Corporation in 1988), included a steering system manufactured by defendant Teleflex, Inc., and was sold to a dealer…
