Plaintiffs filed this action on December 7, 2000 seeking declaratory relief and dam ages for breach of lending agreements, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, tortious interference with business relations, fraud in the inducement, promissory estoppel, and defamation. 1 Defendants have moved for summary judgment on all claims.
