Appellant was convicted, by the judgment of the circuit court, of bastardy. There is ample evidence in the record, introduced on behalf of the People, to sustain this judgment, unless it is overcome by other evidence in the record, introduced on behalf of appellant, and whether it is thus overcome .is purely a question for the jury. Qur inquiry is therefore limited to the correctness of the rulings of the circuit court in admitting and excluding evidence and giving and refusing instructions,, errors of law in no other respect being complained of.
