ORDER
MARTIN, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on the “Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Related Relief’ (“Motion for TRO”) [Doc. No. 2], filed by plaintiff Kate Aspen, Inc. (“Kate Aspen”) in conjunction with its Complaint on April 19, 2005. The court held a hearing on the Motion for TRO on April 22, 2005 (the “April 22 hearing”) and entered a verbal Order denying the Motion on that same day.
