Appellants Consorcio Barr, S.A., and Carlos L. Barrera (collectively, “Appellants” or “Consorcio”) appeal the district court’s entry of a preliminary injunction in favor of Appellees Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, B.V., Four Seasons Hotels (Barbados) Ltd., and Four Seasons Hotels Limited (collectively, “Appellees” or “Four Seasons”) restraining Appellants’ access to a computer network and requiring Appellants to return certain items of computer equipment to the custody of Appellees.
