This action was brought by the plaintiff, H. L. Bilby, against Lorraine Meadors, now Herd, to quiet title of plaintiff to a lot and dwelling house in the city of Holden-ville. Defendant answered asserting title to the property and the cause was tried to the court without a jury. Judgment was for plaintiff, and defendant appeals.
