The parties to this, action, formerly husband and -wife, were married in 1915, and on August 10, 1924, the wife filed an action against the husband for divorce on the ground of abandonment without cause, and on August 16th thereafter the parties enlored into the contract which is the basis of this action. Said contract provides for the payment by the husband to the wife $87.50 on the 3rd and 19th days of each and every month, beginning on August 19, 1924, so long as both of said parties are living and so long as the wife remains single and unmarried, and to terminate immediately upon the…
