SUTTON, Circuit Judge.

A Michigan jury convicted George Burger of armed robbery and fleeing from the police. The state courts affirmed his convictions, and a federal district court denied his habeas petition. We affirm.

On Easter Sunday in 2003, Steven Goble was working the graveyard shift at a Mobil gas station in Highland, Michigan.
