OPINION AND ORDER

This is a legal malpractice case arising out of services provided by the Defendants to Lighthouse Financial Partners, LLC. The Plaintiff, Lighthouse’s Receiver, argues that the Defendants were awáre that Lighthouse was not complying with applicable regulations; and that they were legally obligated to violate their duty of confidentiality and inform the' regulatory authorities of the non-compliance.
