First Republic Bank (“First Republic”) filed a motion to compel Wells Fargo Bank (“Wells Fargo”) to comply with the automatic stay and prior bankruptcy court rulings, and asks that the Court direct Wells Fargo to withdraw state court pleadings that assert the Debtor’s forgery claim and other claims of the estate.
