BERMAN, District Judge.
1. Introduction
This is a dispute over the meaning of a letter agreement dated February 22, 1999 (“Agreement”). Plaintiff Andrew Suger-man (“Sugerman” or “Plaintiff’) claims that he is entitled to at least $13,315,000.00 in finder’s fees under the Agreement. (Plaintiffs Complaint, dated May 2, 2000, ¶ 57(A)) (“Complaint”). Defendants MCY Music World, Inc., MCY America, Inc., and MCY.com, Inc.
