MEMORANDUM OPINION

STEVEN A. STRIPP, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the court on the nondebtor defendants’ motion to dismiss the adversary complaint for failure to state a claim and the plaintiffs’ cross-motion for partial summary judgment. The principal issue on these motions is whether a chapter 7 trustee of a corporate debtor has standing to assert an alter ego action on behalf of the estate against nondebtor defendants.
