This is a bill in equity for accounting and for discovery and other incidental relief between nonresident copartners of a foreign limited partnership which was organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois. The partnership’s principal place of business was in that state, but the firm also did business elsewhere in the United States and throughout the orient.
