— An alternative writ of mandamus was issued by this Court commanding the respondent Clerk of the Circuit Court to permit, pursuant to Chapter 16282, Acts of 1933, and a resolution of the Board of County-Commissioners of Pinellas County, the redemption at 55% of the principal and accrued interest (except taxes for State and school operating expenses) due on stated tax sale certificates held by the State for non-payment of State and county taxes levied for the years 1929 and 1930 upon designated real estate in Pinellas County, Florida, or to show cause for riot doing so.
