—This is an original mandamus proceeding in this Court. The alternative writ of mandamus alleges in effect that the respective officiers, relators, are entitled to receive the maximum sum of $7,500.00 per annum as compensation for their services under the provisions of Chapter 11954, Acts of 1927, being Sections 2865-2869, inclusive, C. G.
