MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.
Plaintiff Sprint has filed suit against defendants Theglobe.com, Inc. and Voiceglo Holdings, Inc. (collectively, “TGCI”), as well as Vonage Holdings, Corp. and Vonage America, Inc. (collectively, “Vonage”). Sprint alleges that each of the defendants has infringed seven of its telecommunications patents. This matter comes before the court on three pretrial motions (documents 24, 26, and 32).
