OPINION

WRIGHT, Judge.

This case comes before me for consideration and determination of the issues upon the record of trial in the case, the pleadings, and stipulations of the parties.

FACTS

Complaint was filed in the instant case by Plaintiff for real estate agent commissions allegedly earned by him, and for damages, attorney’s fees, and costs under the provisions of 19 Del.C. §§ 1103(d) & 1112.
