A Howard County jury convicted appellant Jeff Walton of delivery of crack cocaine and sentenced him to 360 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction. Garnet Norwood, appellant’s attorney, petitions this court to withdraw as counsel. The motion was accompanied by a no-merit brief, pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and Ark. Sup. Ct. R. 4-3(j) (2005), wherein counsel contends that all rulings adverse to his client were abstracted and discussed.
