Appellant Justin Anderson stice. conviction for'capital murder and his death sentence. We affirm his judgment of conviction, but we reverse and remand the case for resentencing.
On the morning of October 12, 2000, eighty-seven-year-old Clara Creech was found shot to death'in the front yard of her home. During the investigation into her death, police investigators obtained Anderson’s name as a suspect in Ms. Creech’s murder.
