In these consolidated tort actions the plaintiffs, Joe N. Moon and ET & WNC Transportation Company, sued the defendant, Summerfield K. Johnston, for damages, the former suing for personal injuries, and the latter for property damages. The injuries and damages were sustained when a loaded tractor-trailer owned by the Transportation Company and driven by Moon collided with a 2000 pound Hereford bull on U. S.
