William H. Cochran died November 2, 1915, leaving a will, the second clause of which reads as follows:
“Second—After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Catherine Cochran, all the real and personal property that I may own at the time of my decease, to have and to hold as her Own during her natural life and at her decease to be equally divided with my five children,.
