This bill was filed in the circuit court of Cook county by Benjamin Carpenter, the only surviving trustee under the last will and testament of Helen P. Hubbard, for the purpose of obtaining a construction of the will and directions in regard to the distribution of the estate. Katherine Hubbard, daughter and only surviving child of the. testatrix, and the collateral kindred of Gilbert Hubbard, Sr., who was the husband of the testatrix and the father of Katherine, were made defendants.
