After trial, judgment for plaintiff in the amount of $9,344.40.

Plaintiff, Philip Goldstein, is president of Local 517, an *525affiliate of the International Production, Service and Sales Employees Union, and a trustee of both the union’s welfare, and pension and retirement funds (hereinafter referred to as "Funds”).
