EDMONDSON, V.C.J.

T1 On October 16, 2000, we granted Robert L. Johnston's application for an order approving his resignation pending disciplinary proceedings following his 1997 conviction on five counts of drug related federal criminal offenses for which he was sentenced to prison for a term of 26 months, followed by a 3 year term of supervised release. We issued an order of interim suspension against Mr. Johnston in June 1997.
