Respondent, Joseph M., appeals an order finding him subject to the involuntary administration of psychotropic medications pursuant to section 2 — 107.1 of the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code (Mental Health Code) (405 ILCS 5/2 — 107.1 (West 2008)) after he waived his right to a hearing. The State has filed a confession of error.
