On March 27, 1997, movant, Disciplinary Counsel, filed a motion for an order to show cause and memorandum in support, requesting the court to issue an order directing respondent, Pippa Lynn Henderson, to appear and show cause why she should not be found in contempt of this court for her failure to cooperate in disciplinary investigations and failure to comply with a lawfully issued subpoena.
