Plaintiff Chicago Bridge & Iron Company (“CBI") filed a motion in limine asking this Court to preclude defendants Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's, London and Certain London Market Insurance Companies (“London Insurers”) from introducing evidence that CBI made a misrepresentation in the course of CBI’s placement of insurance coverage with London Insurers.
