OPINION

JANE BLAND, Justice.

Lorena DiBello sued Charlie Thomas Ford, Ltd., for fraud and violations of the Texas Finance Code, 1 alleging that its salespeople misrepresented the character of the dealer inventory tax and the extended-warranty cost in the installment purchase contract for a new sport utility vehicle. Charlie Thomas moved for summary judgment, which the trial court granted. DiBello appeals, contending that she presented evidence that creates a fact issue.
