The Security Savings & Loan Company was organized in 1916 as a building and loan association under the corporation laws of Ohio for the purpose of “raising money to make loans to its members and others, and generally the doing of all things and the transaction of all business authorized by the laws of Ohio to be done and transacted by building and loan associations.” Its principal place of business is located at 1200 Huron Road, Cleveland, Ohio.
