This appeal involves an application for remission of a bail forfeiture.
The defendant Charles Fiannaca and one Michael Tascaralla were indicted by the grand jury of Brie County in October of 1948, charged with crimes of burglary and grand larceny. Fiannaca pleaded not guilty and was admitted to bail in the sum of $10,000, the undertaking of bail being executed by him as principal and by the three appellants herein as sureties.
